Your sportbike's fairing has vents and/or air-intake ducts in it. These openings allow air to pass through your fairing. They have many functions, such as keeping critical parts cooled down or admitting air into the engine. You need something that will keep garbage out of those openings, but won't kill the airflow. The trouble with OEM screening material is that it impedes airflow. The OEM screen on a Duc has about 30 percent open area. That means that the vast majority (about 82% at speed) of the air that SHOULD be entering that duct CANNOT. This is obviously a problem.

Some "high performance" industrial mesh material has open area that gets close to 60%. Better, yes. Race mechanics have known about this for some time...but we weren't satisfied. We contracted an aerospace sheet metal fabricator to make us the BEST fairing screening possible. Thus, TPO Hyperscreen was created. TPO Hyperscreen is made from 3003 series aluminum and is given a special heat treatment for strength. CNC manufacturing and our computer-designed hexagonal hole pattern allows TPO Hyperscreen to have unmatched airflow properties. TPO Hyperscreen is punched on a CNC machine--woven wire mesh, round-hole screen, or expanded metal cannot come close to this kind of performance. In fact, TPO Hyperscreen has a whopping 80% open area! That gives you about four times the airflow compared to the average OE screen. In fact, an opening covered with TPO Hyperscreen flows only 1% less air than NO SCREEN WHATSOEVER.

How can TPO Hyperscreen benefit your bike? Simple. Replace your restrictive OEM fairing screening with TPO Hyperscreen. This will allow your air intakes and fairing vents to draw in more air. This, in turn, will provide more air to your motor and will keep things running cooler. Don't spend hundreds of dollars to fix an overheating problem until you try TPO Hyperscreen.
