Domestic

• Shipping for most items is $6.00 for the first item, plus $1.00 for each additional item.
• Some items are particularly bulky or heavy, and are charged a higher rate.
• Shipments within the USA take 2 to 3 days and are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
• You will receive a tracking number by email from USPS when your package is processed for shipping.
• You will receive a notification from the US Postal Service when your order has been processed.
• Shipments are processed and shipped in 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends.

• Shipping for most foreign items is $10.00 for the first item, plus $2.00 for each additional item.
• Some items are particularly bulky or heavy, and are charged a higher rate.
• International shipments are by USPS Air Mail.
• Although we can provide a customs label number, international shipments are generally NOT trackable. Some countries allow tracking by customs number, once in the country. You will need to check with your local post office to determine if you can do so.
• Shipment time from the US to foreign shores is 5 to 10 business days.
• It may take another 2 to 4 weeks for customs and the local post office to process and ship your order.

• All items shipped to Italy must go by Registered Mail (Posta Raccomandata). This will be an additional $11.00 fee per package.
• Our experience with Italian and French postal systems has been particularly poor.
• It may take up to 13 weeks to receive your package.
• Please be patient and check with your local customs if you have not received your shipment.

Multiple items purchased on the same day or the same weekend will have combined shipping. You may contact us to hold shipping for multiple items.

We accept credit card (Visa, Discover, and MasterCard), check, money order, or PayPal. Items are held until payments clear. Check and Money Order items will ship upon receipt.

• All returns must be processed through our RMA System. Not using the RMA system may cause delays.
• All sales are final after 30 days.
• You may return undamaged and unused items for a refund within 30 days for any reason.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded.
• K&N Filters: K&N Air Filters must be returned undamaged, unused, and unopened in the manufacturer’s packaging.

All products are warranted to be free from defects for 90 days. You may return a defective part for a replacement within 90 days of purchase.
