This is a clutch cover spacer kit for Ducati motorcycles.
This kit fits all models of Ducati motorcycles 1990 through 2008 with DRY clutches. (The only Ducatis that do not have dry clutches are some small-displacement Monsters such as the 600/620 and 750).
This kit will work on any Ducati with a dry clutch, including Superbikes, Monsters 800cc and larger, and others.
This kit moves the stock clutch cover out from the engine slightly. The effect is that your clutch now has room to breathe! Your clutch will run cooler and will be rid of friction-material dust. The effect? Your clutch will work better and last longer.
This kit has a unique advantage: it doesn't compromise the strength of the clutch cover, unlike most aftermarket "open clutch covers". If your bike is laid down with this kit installed, your clutch will be protected!
This kit includes a set of four custom-machined aluminum spacers (made from aircraft grade alloy) and matching stainless steel bolts. Complete step-by-step directions are also included, so you can be up and riding in less than ten minutes.
