TPO Parts' AIS system removal kit is the most effective means of removing the factory smog (AIS) hardware from your Yamaha. The TPO Kit requires no cutting, no drilling, and no tapping. It removes EVERY part of the AIS system, all the way back to the cylinder head.
This enables the COMPLETE removal of the AIS system including all the tubes and fittings which some other kits leave behind. There are no screws to come loose or caps that can leak. TPO's self-locking plugs expand to seal off the AIS ports with no screws and no sealant needed. Tapping threads is NOT required, so there are no taps to buy and there is no chance of getting metal shavings into your engine. This is completely unlike any other design on the market.
The kit includes complete step-by-step directions and a set of billet aluminum plugs that allow for the complete removal of the AIS system.
